TechCoach General Assembly 2026

On 24–25 February 2026, the TechCoach consortium gathered in Mosonmagyaróvár, Hungary, for two productive days of collaboration, reflection, and strategic planning, kindly hosted by Széchenyi István University.

The General Assembly marked an important milestone for the project, providing partners with the opportunity to assess progress during the first year of implementation and to align priorities for the year ahead.

Reflecting on Year 1 & Setting Priorities for Year 2 

During the meeting, the consortium:

  • Reviewed the main achievements and challenges of Year 1
  • Evaluated progress across Work Packages
  • Identified key adjustments required to strengthen impact and efficiency
  • Defined concrete priorities and operational steps for Year 2

Dedicated sessions on integration, timeline coordination, and internal alignment ensured a shared understanding of responsibilities, milestones, and next steps across all Work Packages.

Exchange of Knowledge with EUFRAS

On the second day, TechCoach was also presented during the General Assembly of the EUFRAS project through a short workshop session.

Looking ahead

The General Assembly reaffirmed the shared commitment of all partners to the objectives of TechCoach. With a clear roadmap for Year 2, strengthened coordination mechanisms, and renewed momentum, the consortium moves forward toward delivering high-quality, practice-oriented results that support advisory services and innovation ecosystems across Europe.
