This practice abstract shows how farmer-centred demonstrations can build trust in Smart Farming Technologies and make their benefits more tangible. Through the “Archaia Oleneia” Operational Group, farmers explored a holistic cultivation protocol for table olives while actively contributing to discussion and knowledge exchange.
