What is an Innovation Camp?

Who is it for?

What participants will gain:

Work directly with farmers, advisors, and researchers to tackle real on-farm problems. Your ideas will turn into practical, testable solutions that make a difference in Smart Crop Farming.

Experience two days of hands-on co-creation. Learn new tools and methods for problem-solving, teamwork, and creative thinking—skills you can apply far beyond the bootcamp.

Join a vibrant community of farmers, advisors, tech providers, and AKIS actors. Build lasting connections and gain fresh perspectives that drive innovation in agriculture.
How it works:
- Orientation webinar, team formation, challenge briefing, pre-tasks, and access to the digital workspace.
- Problem framing, co-creation with mentor support, and rapid testing/validation in the local context.
- Documentation (Practice Abstracts, solution briefs, training assets), publication via the TechCoach Library and EU-FarmBook, and planning of pilot activities and next steps.
