Co-creating practical Smart Crop Farming solutions.

TechCoach Innovation Bootcamps bring together farmers, advisors, Operational Groups (OGs), and other AKIS actors to solve real on-farm challenges using smart crop farming approaches.Multidisciplinary teams work with mentors, combining local context and hands-on problem-solving to develop farm-ready solutions that can scale across national and EU networks.

What is an Innovation Camp?

  • A two-day, challenge-driven workshop hosted in each partner country (Fl, NL, HU, IT, GR).
  • Teams made of farmers, advisors, researchers, tech providers, policy/AKlS representatives.
  • A kick-off meeting before the camp
  • Outputs turned into ready-to-use guidance (e.g., Practice
    Abstracts) and shared via EU-FarmBook.
